Resolute Capital Partners (RCP) serves as the holding company and manager for a diverse group of companies that engage in various roles within the debt and equity sectors of the real estate industry.

Formed in 2010 by the company’s chief executive officer, Thomas J. Powell, the company is currently managing investment vehicles that include direct and pooled mortgage lending, land holdings, real estate development projects and self-directed investments. The Resolute Capital Partners Executive Team is comprised of business and financial professionals who have dedicated their time and expertise to the successful operation and direction of Resolute Capital Partners; including real estate development experts, accountants, marketing professionals, and banking and financial executives.

The primary objective of the investment team is to assess the viable opportunities brought to Resolute, with strong oversight of the extensive due diligence necessary to fund the various opportunities to manage steady returns for the funds.

Resolute Capital Partners has a strong track record for funding projects that advance the communities that we serve while providing consistent returns to our investors. The commitment to integrity and relationship building make us a strong player in the private equity and lending markets.

We currently originate new loans, source and develop new investors, underwrite and process the loans and provide servicing.
